Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items should preferably be sent back in their original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied. Refunds are issued after the returned items are received and inspected, no later than 14 days thereafter.
